This training was created to help yoga teachers, mental health clinicians, and others in the helping profession understand better the ways in which trauma impacts the physical body and how yoga can be used as a framework for healing.

How to use the 8 limbs of yoga and the concept of non-attachment to step towards healing
What a ‘trigger’ is and tools to manage triggers in your class, both as a student and teacher
